Dosage and use

Take a shot glass up to 3 times a day, 10-20 minutes before a meal.

Many people prefer to start with once a day to get their stomach used to the lactic acid bacteria. The intake can also be increased if desired.

Can be mixed into liquid, smoothie or juice. Drink immediately after mixing.

After opening, the bottle must be stored in the refrigerator and can then be kept for 2 months.
